I got hit by a dumb kid at a light. I filed with insurance and they sent me here. I dropped my truck off tuesday and it was ready thurs. very happy with the high quality repair.

Please be aware that I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your auto body shop. My wife brought our car to your shop for repairs after an accident, and we experienced several issues during the process. Firstly, there was a significant lack of communication from your team. Meetings were scheduled with the insurance adjuster without our knowledge or availability. For instance, we were informed about a meeting on Monday morning, but it had already taken place on the preceding Friday. Furthermore, I am convinced your team is working with the adjuster stating that the damage to our car was not a result of the accident, which was an incorrect assessment. Upon receiving the car after the repairs, we noticed several issues with the work performed. Some parts were not installed correctly, such as an accent piece with unclipped sides, missing frame plugs, and protruding clips. Additionally, the paint on the hood appeared dull, and the bumper was crooked. It was evident that the areas worked on were not cleaned properly. This repair shop did great work on repairs on my car with hail damage and scratches. The repairs were quick and complete. There were two minor issues which were addressed. Michael communicated with me through the process and provided excellent customer service. Would recommend their service to anyone

When I first picked up my car I didn't write a review because I was honestly furious. It took longer than I believe it should have for my car to be repaired. I feel like I was given the run around on multiple occasions. In the end though I can say the repairs on my vehicle were above and beyond my expectations. So my final thoughts after weeks of contemplating this review are I could probably have got the work done somewhere else alot faster, but I honestly believe they take care and want to do the absolute best job they can to make sure the work they do is done correct and to the top standards. I believe they take extreme pride in thier work and want to make sure everything is done correctly.

The customer service at Gerber Collision was great and so far their work has been too. They called me twice a week to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle or lack thereof. They did have my vehicle for three months but that was not all their fault. They were waiting on parts. When I picked it up the air conditioner was not blowing cold but they were able to get that fixed quickly. I would send another vehicle to get fixed by them.
